• You take responsibility for the development and optimization of service solutions for transformers and substations
• You manage the international service portfolio with a focus on developing and implementing AI-based solutions and drone inspections
• You integrate intelligent technologies for predictive maintenance, fault detection, and efficiency improvement
• You conduct market, competitor, and internal demand analyses in the field of service solutions
• You initiate and lead projects for the implementation of analytics tools based on machine learning

What you bring to the table

• You have a degree in engineering and ideally have an additional qualification in business administration or similar qualification
• You have professional experience in asset management within the energy sector
• You bring solid expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning for data analysis, ideally with a background in robotics or drone technology
• You are proficient in data modeling and can efficiently structure and analyze complex datasets
• You have very good communications skills in English and German and are willing to travel internationally
