Siemens Energy seeks a Global Procurement Process Manager (P2P) to drive transformation and governance of end-to-end P2P processes across regions and units, with SAP S/4HANA as the backbone. You’ll lead global standards, collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Engineering and IT, and apply AI and process mining to boost efficiency and ensure sustainable adoption across the enterprise.

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, or Procurement Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Purchasing processes and experience in process transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with procurement technologies and process mining tools.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with business-fluent English and German language proficiency.

What You Bring
