What you’ll do

• Maintain, improve and develop global pricing standard and waterfall from a business perspective in close collaboration with IT counterparts
• Shape the roadmap for pricing logic in SAP & Salesforce CPQ and alignwith international commercial experts (service, sales, pricing etc.) and IT teams to incorporate business requirements and feedback
• Translate customer needs into innovative process and (feature) designs within the digital ecosystem based on various sources of insights (e.g. COIs, process measurements, pulse check surveys etc.)
• Scope and own the portfolio items incl. epics and support the refinement, planning, review & retro as well as support our pricing managers with change of local commercial policies and pricing processes towards globally harmonized pricing standard as part of ongoing global CPQ roll-outs
• Collaborate with commercial teams around the globe, providing pricing expertise to support the local application of pricing standards as well as provide pricing expertise to S4H Evolution program to ensure best fit of IT solutions to business requirements

Who you are

• You have in-depth knowledge of pricing strategies and sales processes, enabling you to support and optimize commercial success
• You are proficient in SAP pricing, including price conditions, access sequences, and pricing procedures, and can apply these effectively to meet complex requirements; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is preferred to enhance pricing and quoting processes
• You can analyse business needs and transform them into standardized commercial solutions and clear business requirements
• You can articulate business needs in detail, ensuring seamless communication and implementation by IT teams
• You thrive in a global environment and have experience working across cultural boundaries, fostering collaboration in diverse teams
