Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Spezialist/in Global Mobility im Bereich HR International. Sie beraten zu internationalen Mitarbeitereinsätzen, grenzüberschreitenden Geschäftsreisen und mobilen Arbeitsmodellen sowie zur Umsetzung von Relocation-Richtlinien.

Sie koordinieren Transfers, sichern steuerliche, sozialversicherungsrechtliche und immigration Anforderungen und arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Beratern zusammen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Steuerlehre, International Management, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar.
• 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Global Mobility, International HR, Payroll, Tax oder Business Travel Compliance.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im internationalen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- oder Payroll-Umfeld.

Responsibilities

• Berät HR, Führungskräfte und Stakeholder zu internationalen Mitarbeitereinsätzen, Geschäftsreisen und mobilen Arbeitsmodellen.
• Anwenden von Relocation-Frameworks und Richtlinien sowie rechtskonforme Umsetzung sicherstellen.
• Koordination internationaler Transfers und Umzüge über den gesamten Prozess hinweg.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuerlicher, sozialversicherungsrechtlicher, payrollbezogener und immigration technischer Anforderungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Beratern/Dienstleistern zur Risikominimierung.
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse komplexer grenzüberschreitender Fragestellungen und Entwicklung von Lösungen.

Unser Team verantwortet weltweit die Richtlinien und Prozesse für internationale Mitarbeitereinsätze, grenzüberschreitende Geschäftsreisen und mobiles Arbeiten über Landesgrenzen hinweg. Deine Aufgaben

Du berätst HR, Führungskräfte und weitere Stakeholder zu internationalen Mitarbeitereinsätzen, grenzüberschreitenden Geschäftsreisen und mobilen Arbeitsmodellen. Du wendest Relocation-Frameworks und Richtlinien für Geschäftsreisende an und stellst deren rechtskonforme Umsetzung sicher. Du koordinierst internationale Transfers und Umzüge von Mitarbeitenden über den gesamten Prozess hinweg. Du stellst die Einhaltung relevanter steuerlicher, sozialversicherungsrechtlicher, payrollbezogener und immigrationstechnischer Anforderungen sicher. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Beratern und Dienstleistern zusammen, um Risiken zu minimieren und eine effiziente Umsetzung internationaler Mobilitätslösungen zu gewährleisten. Du unterstützt bei der Analyse komplexer grenzüberschreitender Fragestellungen und entwickelst Lösungen für internationale Mitarbeitereinsätze.

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Steuerlehre, des International Managements, Wirtschaftsrechts oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
• Du verfügst über 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Global Mobility, International HR, Payroll, Tax oder Business Travel Compliance.
• Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im internationalen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- oder Payroll-Umfeld mit.
• Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld oder in einer Beratungsfunktion, beispielsweise bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaft.
• Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten den Überblick.
• Du fühlst Dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl und arbeitest erfolgreich mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen.
• Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

As part of HR International

As part of HR International, you will play an active role in shaping international mobility within Deutsche Bank. Our team is responsible for global policies and processes relating to international employee assignments, cross-border business travel, and cross-border remote working arrangements. As part of our global team of experts, you will collaborate with specialists in Global Mobility, Tax, Social Security, Immigration, and Vendor Management. Together, we support business divisions, managers, and HR partners on international people-related matters and ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-focused mobility solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise HR, managers, and other stakeholders on international employee assignments, cross-border business travel, and remote working models.
• Apply relocation frameworks and business traveler policies while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate international transfers and relocations of employees throughout the entire process lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax, social security, payroll, and immigration requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external advisors and service providers to minimize risks and ensure the efficient implementation of international mobility solutions.
• Support the analysis of complex cross-border matters and develop solutions for international employee mobility cases.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Taxation, International Management, Business Law, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Payroll, Tax, or Business Travel Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, social security, and/or payroll matters.
• Ideally, experience in an international corporate environment or in a consulting capacity, for example with an accounting, tax, or management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
