The role involves planning and executing global marketing activities, collaborating with regional teams and external agencies, and leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, corporate communications or brand marketing.
• Experience in multinational or international business environment is an advantage.

• Develop high-quality marketing content (press releases, social media, website, presentations, brochures, case studies, newsletters) to support Trina Storage's global brand.
• Plan and execute global marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, product launches, webinars, exhibitions and report on performance.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams, product management, sales and agencies to ensure consistent messaging across markets.
• Manage marketing content across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletters) and grow global content library.
• Support executive communications and strategic marketing projects using AI tools to boost efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality marketing content, including press releases, social media content, website content, presentations, brochures, customer success stories, newsletters and other communication materials to support Trina Storage's global brand and business objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, product launches, webinars, exhibitions and other marketing activities, while monitoring campaign performance and preparing campaign reports.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams, product management, sales and external agencies to develop impactful marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across global markets.
• Manage and maintain marketing content across digital channels, including the corporate website, LinkedIn and newsletters, while supporting the continuous development of Trina Storage's global marketing content library.
• Support executive communications, strategic marketing projects and other initiatives assigned by the Global Marketing Manager, leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, marketing efficiency and global collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, corporate communications or brand marketing, preferably within the renewable energy, energy storage, electrical equipment or industrial technology sectors.
• Experience working in a multinational or international business environment is an advantage.

Professional Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong storytelling ability with the capability to translate technical and business information into clear, engaging and customer-focused content.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content planning.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms) is highly desirable.
• Strong project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
