CordenPharma is seeking an accomplished senior IT leader to take full ownership of the global IT infrastructure strategy and execution across an international pharma environment. You will drive a major transformation toward a modern hybrid IT landscape while leading global high-performing teams, with direct IT leadership on the sites in Germany.

• Proven leadership in global IT infrastructure environments
• Experience driving IT transformation and cloud adoption (Azure)
• Expertise in cybersecurity within regulated industries (GxP)
• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT/OT applications and digital systems
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks (GxP)

What you can expect

Overview

Take full ownership of the global IT infrastructure strategy and execution in an international pharma environment. You will drive a major transformation towards a modern hybrid IT landscape while leading global high-performing teams. On top you will be responsible for the direct IT lead on the sites of Germany.

• Lead cloud migration and ongoing optimization
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and GMP requirements
• Manage and develop international IT infrastructure teams

To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in global IT infrastructure environments
• Strong track record in IT transformation and cloud (Azure)
• Expertise in cybersecurity and regulated industries
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT/OT applications and digital systems
• Solid knowledge of GxP-compliant systems and pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks.
