Your Role

As a Change & Communication Specialist within the global CRM & Applications team, you will play a key role in driving organizational change by developing and executing communication strategies that support the OneCRM transformation initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to craft engaging content, ensure alignment across teams, and drive successful change adoption throughout our wider customer engagement ecosystem. You will be a key member of our CRM Transformation & Harmonization program where your role will focus on making complex ideas accessible, fostering engagement, and ensuring seamless communication during transitions.

Purpose / Key Responsibilities
  • Change Communication Strategy: As an active contributor of our CRM Transformation based on Salesforce you will develop and execute communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Content Creation & Messaging: Tailor messages for diverse audiences, simplifying complex concepts into clear and impactful communications for our customer engagement ecosystem which includes various stakeholder groups in Sales, Service, Marketing and Technical Service
  • Engagement & Adoption: Create engaging content to drive change adoption, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and enhancing employee involvement within the wider CRM community (CRM & Applications team, hero network, core team, etc.)
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess communication effectiveness, leveraging feedback to refine strategies and enhance engagement throughout our CRM Transformation journey and other CRM & Application relevant projects
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth transition during change initiatives within the wider CRM & Commercial Excellence community (global Commercial Excellence, CRM & Applications team, hero network, core team, etc.)
  • Project Involvement: Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives within the wider CRM & Applications team by managing communication plans and ensuring stakeholder readiness
  • Culture & Innovation: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by fostering knowledge sharing and best practices especially but not only limited to the overall CRM Harmonization program
Requisite Qualification & Experience
  • University Master’s degree in communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years experience with strong marketing and/or campaign understanding, with additional experience in delivering communication strategies for large-scale organizational change and multi-year transformation programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to engage and influence various stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms to create and distribute engaging content
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant learning management tools
  • A strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and communication challenges
  • Change management certification with Prosci or another similar well-known provider (e.g., ACMP) and familiarity with digital transformation projects and tools such as Salesforce or similar enterprise solutions is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
