Zusammenfassung

IPG Photonics GmbH & Co. KG in Burbach, Germany, is seeking a Global Business Process Owner for Service (m/f/d) to own and continually improve the global Quote-to-Cash process across CRM and ERP systems.

You will define global service processes, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistency across regions, lead ERP harmonization projects, and collaborate with Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to optimize pricing, spare parts, and end-to-end service workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in global service operations, business process management, or transformation programs.
• Proven ownership of Quote-to-Cash processes in service/aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Finance/Operations) or similar ERP/CRM.
• Experience leading ERP harmonization or enterprise system transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional global teams without direct authority.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Profile
