Zusammenfassung

IPG Photonics GmbH & Co. KG in Burbach, NRW, is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead cross‑functional technical projects in an international setting. You will develop project plans, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, within‑scope delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a technical university degree, and PM certification. English fluency and German language skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes and technical documentation.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, PCB diagrams, and system interconnection drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, well‑organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and good in German.
