Mission of the Role

This global leadership role will define and drive the strategic direction, development, and commercialization of Visteon’s L2+ ADAS product portfolio across global OEMs, emphasizing innovation, scalability, and regional adaptability.

Key Objectives
  • Develop and execute a globally aligned ADAS roadmap focused on L2+ capabilities, tailored to regional regulatory landscapes and OEM strategies.
  • Translate global market insights into actionable product strategies, balancing innovation with manufacturability and cost efficiency.
  • Lead product strategy across vehicle segments and regions, ensuring alignment with global safety standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee full product lifecycle: MRD/PRD creation, proof‑of‑concept development, validation, and global launch planning.
  • Champion innovation in ADAS architecture, sensor fusion, perception algorithms, and vehicle control systems.
  • Build and manage a robust global ecosystem of partners across chipsets, sensors, software platforms, and AI technologies.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with global OEMs, Tier 1s, and technology partners to anticipate future needs and co‑develop solutions.
  • Lead global RFIs/RFQs, technical quotations, and business case development to support commercial success.
  • Develop and execute region‑specific go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with OEMs and regional sales teams.
