A leading hygiene company in Germany is seeking a General Ledger Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards in the DACH region. Ideal candidates should possess strong SAP skills and fluency in both German and English, along with relevant accounting qualifications. Are you ready to dive into numbers and drive success? As General Ledger Accountant, you will support accurate, timely, and policy‑compliant accounting as well as direct and indirect tax reporting for RECKITT entities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Your day‑to‑day includes preparing monthly and annual VAT declarations, supporting in the preparation of annual statutory accounts (based on German GAAP) as well as preparing monthly group reporting under IFRS. Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/year end reporting, producing the annual accounts for various companies in DACH and providing financial information to Corporate Headquarters with:
