Jobbeschreibung

Solaria is a leading company in the development and generation of renewable energy across Southern Europe, firmly committed to actively contributing to decarbonisation through a global energy model based on clean sources. Since our foundation in 2002, thanks to a sustainable business strategy and management approach, we have evolved from an industrial company specialising in the manufacture of photovoltaic panels to a power generation company with a solid track record on the Spanish stock exchange. We have been listed since 2007, and in 2020 we reached a key milestone by joining Spain’s benchmark index, the IBEX 35.

Today, Solaria is entering a new stage of international growth, with Germany as one of our strategic priorities. We are already developing nearly 5 GW of projects across photovoltaic, battery storage and Power Land, consolidating our ambition to become a key player in the country’s energy transition.

Joining Solaria in Germany means being part of a company that is expanding rapidly in the market, offering a unique opportunity for professional development and growth within an international, innovative and sustainability-driven environment.

Your mission:

  • Conduct geospatial analyses to support the planning, design, and operation of solar and other renewable energy projects.
  • Administer geographic databases, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Produce maps, drawings, and digital models to support feasibility studies and project development.
  • Coordinate the integration of GIS data with other corporate platforms and management systems.
  • Develop GIS tools and processes to improve operational efficiency and project control.
  • Support project management in the implementation of technical and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to audits and due diligence processes by providing accurate geospatial information.
Requirements:
  • Technical qualification or university degree in Geography, Geosciences, Engineering, Surveying (Geodesy), or related fields.
  • Previous experience in GIS/CAD environments and renewable energy projects. Strong knowledge of leading GIS systems (ArcGIS, QGIS) and CAD software.
  • Experience in digital documentation of energy networks and solar projects is desirable.
  • Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Teamwork and effective communication skills.
What we Offer:
  • The opportunity to join Solaria, a leading renewable energy company in Southern Europe and part of the IBEX 35.
  • Active involvement in the company’s international expansion and growth in Germany, contributing to strategic renewable energy projects.
  • A collaborative and multicultural working environment where innovation and sustainability are at the core of our operations.
