The pharmaceutical representative represents the Santen philosophy and marketing concepts. They visit clinic ophthalmologists and selected resident eye doctors demonstrating the benefits of Santen products focusing on acquiring new prescribers and increasing the number of prescriptions issued in clinics. They serve as the representative contact person at conferences, train and inform customers in training sessions organized by themselves, and are responsible for achieving the respective target in their region.
