Your Mission

As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive high-impact aerospace composite projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure timelines & budgets are met, and act as a key technical interface for international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical customer projects from initiation to delivery

  • Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, production, quality & customers

  • Monitor timelines, risks, resourcing & budgets

  • Support technical reviews & drive process improvements

  • Represent project status and updates to internal leadership and customers

  • Engage in occasional international travel for partner & customer visits (~30%)

What You Bring
Must-Have
  • 3+ years experience in technical project management

  • Background in mechanical or industrial engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc.)

  • Solid understanding of risk & budget management

  • Familiarity with project management tools

  • German C1–C2 & English C1–C2

  • Hands-on mentality, strong ownership & communication skills

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive composites, or advanced manufacturing

  • French language skills (plus, not required)

Team & Reporting
  • Team size: 1 colleague + working student

  • Reporting to: Head of Project Management

  • Close collaboration with Engineering, Production, HR & Marketing
