As the Team Lead – Sales, you will guide and scale a growing sales team, driving both performance and strategy within a dynamic and socially meaningful tech environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining coaching, strategy, and active customer engagement.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives
Set and monitor KPIs and revenue targets
Drive continuous process and performance optimization
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, HR, and Support teams
Support recruiting and onboarding new sales team members
Active participation in customer acquisition and pipeline development
Report directly to the VP Sales Germany
3+ years of professional experience in Sales (SaaS preferred)
Proven team leadership experience
Strong KPI and performance management skills
Affinity for software / IT products
Fluent German (C1–C2)
Experience with HubSpot CRM
Experience scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment
Structured and empathetic leadership approach
