We’re looking for a German-speaking professional with the expertise to onboard high-potential businesses, from innovative startups to future unicorns. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth adoption, nurture strong relationships, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities.
As an onboarding account manager, you’ll guide clients through their first steps and ensure campaigns are set up for success. You’ll also handle commercial activities to maximize impact:
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and sell Google Ads services.
Understand client goals and propose tailored advertising solutions.
Build and manage PPC campaigns that deliver both quick wins and long-term performance.
Encourage higher ad investments and upsell additional products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM.
Manage a high daily volume of client calls and engagements.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Marketing or Communications is a plus).
Native-level German and English (C2 proficiency).
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally client-facing.
Able to work independently and deliver consistent, measurable results.
Background in managing customer relationships and improving CRM workflows.
