We’re expanding our Barcelona hub and seeking German-speaking professionals to support an advanced Digital Marketing Ads platform that enables businesses to grow globally.

This position is ideal for someone who understands the German market and can partner with fast-growing companies, from early-stage startups to future unicorns. You’ll focus on guiding clients through onboarding, strengthening product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities to expand and upsell.

Responsibilities
  • As an onboarding manager, you will be both an advisor and a strategist, ensuring new clients gain value quickly while building strong foundations for long-term success.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote Google Ads solutions.
  • Assessing client goals and delivering tailored advertising strategies.
  • Designing PPC campaigns that provide immediate impact and sustained results.
  • Encouraging higher ad spend and upselling services.
  • Keeping client information in the CRM complete and accurate.
  • Handling a large number of daily phone interactions with potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Marketing / Communications preferred).
  • Native-level German and English (C2 proficiency).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with client-facing exposure.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and consistent in achieving results.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and enhancing CRM systems.
  • Comfortable integrating AI tools into workflows for personalization.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
