Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring their onboarding experience is smooth and their campaigns deliver results. Alongside this, you’ll handle sales-focused responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting outbound calls to present and sell Google Ads solutions.

  • Understanding each client’s goals to propose tailored strategies.

  • Setting up performance-oriented campaigns that achieve both short-term wins and long-term success.

  • Encouraging greater ad spend and promoting upsell opportunities.

  • Ensuring all customer information is current and accurate in the database.

  • Engaging with a high volume of prospects daily by phone.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred).

  • Fluency in German and English at C2 level.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or marketing, with proven client-facing exposure.

  • Strong ability to work independently while consistently meeting goals.

  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.

  • Proficient in integrating AI tools into workflows for better targeting and personalization.

  • Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex ideas and persuade diverse audiences.
