This role is tailored for a German-speaking expert who can work closely with high-potential companies, from ambitious startups to future unicorns. You will focus on onboarding, fostering adoption, strengthening relationships, reducing churn, and uncovering opportunities for growth and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

As an onboarding account manager, you will be the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring they experience value quickly while setting them up for long-term success. Responsibilities include:

  • Initiating outbound calls to promote and sell Google Ads solutions.
  • Understanding client goals and creating customized marketing strategies.
  • Designing and executing PPC campaigns for immediate results and sustainable growth.
  • Driving additional ad spend and upselling relevant services.
  • Keeping client information accurate and up to date in the CRM.

Qualifications
