• Financial Control: Negotiate transport tariffs, regulate shipping overhead, and prevent additional fees (storage, tank washing, demurrage).
• System Upkeep: Log and update transport events within central databases, maintaining real-time status visibility for finance, trading, and warehousing units.
• Regulatory Documentation: Inspect import/export records, transport manifests, and compliance paperwork for cross-border freight requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend concrete upgrades for logistics tracking software and internal methods.
