Your Role
You will take full ownership of product marketing initiatives, working directly with founders to translate technical product innovations into compelling market messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing initiatives end-to-end
- Translate technical features into compelling messaging
- Create sales enablement materials & presentations
- Manage external vendors (agencies, partners)
- Drive content & email marketing campaigns
- Support & manage events and industry fairs
- Execute ABM (account-based marketing)
- Own go-to-market launch strategies
- Produce and refine marketing collateral (slides, landing pages, email sequences, etc.)
Requirements
✅ Must-Haves
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- German C2 + English C1
- Strong technical understanding
- Excellent project management & organizational skills
- Experience with:
- Slides / presentations
- HubSpot or similar CRM
- LinkedIn & email campaigns
- Vendor & event management
- Content & ABM execution
- Hands‑on & proactive working style
- Strategic mindset with execution focus

Compensation & Benefits
- €45,000–€65,000 gross per year
