Your Role

You will take full ownership of product marketing initiatives, working directly with founders to translate technical product innovations into compelling market messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product marketing initiatives end-to-end
  • Translate technical features into compelling messaging
  • Create sales enablement materials & presentations
  • Manage external vendors (agencies, partners)
  • Drive content & email marketing campaigns
  • Support & manage events and industry fairs
  • Execute ABM (account-based marketing)
  • Own go-to-market launch strategies
  • Produce and refine marketing collateral (slides, landing pages, email sequences, etc.)
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • German C2 + English C1
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Excellent project management & organizational skills
  • Experience with:
    • Slides / presentations
    • HubSpot or similar CRM
    • LinkedIn & email campaigns
    • Vendor & event management
    • Content & ABM execution
  • Hands‑on & proactive working style
  • Strategic mindset with execution focus
