Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on admin/optimization experience with MS Dynamics 365 BC or NAV.

• Professional fluency in German (B2/C1) and English.

Position Overview

As our central IT Administrator for Business Solutions & Logistics, you will assume total end-to-end responsibility for our ERP roadmap, corporate applications, and digital logistics workflows—serving as a vital strategic bridge between technical infrastructure and operational departments rather than merely processing individual support requests.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Ownership: Direct the administration, system configuration, and ongoing implementation/enhancement of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics NAV.


• Process Optimization: Examine, flowchart, and digitalize comprehensive business, warehousing, and supply chain operations.


• Systems Integration: Maintain seamless data interfaces between ERP and WMS platforms (APIs, JSON, XML, CSV) while overseeing external vendor relationships and service providers.


• M365 & IT Administration: Oversee the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, access permissions) alongside core cloud-based and on-premise applications.


• Governance & Scripting: Establish robust IT security protocols and compliance frameworks while writing PowerShell automation scripts to streamline operational tasks.


• Stakeholder Support: Translate complex technical workflows into practical business tools and provide comprehensive training for staff members.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of practical, hands-on administration and optimization experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or MS Dynamics NAV.


• Domain Knowledge: A solid operational background in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain processes.


• Technical Skills: Competency in M365 environment management, data interface handling (APIs/JSON/XML/CSV), and PowerShell automation scripting.


• Languages: Professional business fluency in both German (B2/C1 standard minimum) and English.
