Ignite is seeking an IT Administrator for Business Solutions & Logistics in Maisach near Munich, Germany. You will own the ERP roadmap end-to-end, focusing on MS Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, and drive digital logistics processes across the organization.

You will bridge IT and operations, optimize warehousing and logistics workflows, and manage data interfaces, M365, and automation scripting, with a hybrid/on-site work setup.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in hands-on administration/optimization of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or MS Dynamics NAV.
• Strong process background in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain workflows.
• M365 ecosystem administration, data interface management (APIs/JSON/XML/CSV), and PowerShell automation scripting.
• Business fluent German (B2/C1+) and English.

Position Overview

As central IT Administrator for Business Solutions & Logistics, you will take end-to-end ownership of our ERP roadmap, business applications, and digital logistics processes—acting as the critical bridge between IT and operational departments rather than handling isolated support tickets.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Ownership: Lead administration, configuration, and continuous rollout/improvement of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Process Optimization: Analyze, map, and digitalize end-to-end business, logistics, and warehousing processes.
• Systems Integration: Maintain ERP/WMS data interfaces (APIs, JSON, XML, CSV) and manage external service provider relationships.
• M365 & IT Administration: Manage the M365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, permissions) alongside core cloud/on-prem applications.
• Governance & Scripting: Implement IT security and governance standards while writing PowerShell scripts for process automation.
• Stakeholder Support: Translate technical workflows into actionable business tools and deliver staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in hands-on administration/optimization of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or MS Dynamics NAV.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong process background in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain workflows.
• Technical Skills: M365 ecosystem administration, data interface management (APIs/JSON/XML/CSV), and PowerShell automation scripting.
• Languages: Business fluent German (B2/C1+) and English.
