Enertek Group is actively seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (German Speaking) in Germany. The role is hybrid with travel to client sites across Germany, requiring native or fluent German and professional English.

You will lead workshops, translate requirements into BC solutions, and guide end-to-end implementations across finance, operations and supply chain. You will collaborate with architects, developers and project managers, delivering training and post-go-live

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge across BC modules: Inventory, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Jobs/Project Mgmnt.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle BC implementations.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Germany.

About the Opportunity:

Our client is a well-established Microsoft Dynamics consultancy with a strong presence across Germany. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to appoint an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their consulting team.

Working alongside clients across manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, professional services and other SME organisations, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, helping customers streamline their business processes and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Configure and implement Business Central across Finance and Operations.
• Advise clients on Microsoft best practices and standard Business Central functionality.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
• Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers and Project Managers to deliver successful projects.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and act as a strategic advisor.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge across Business Central modules, including:
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Supply Chain
• Jobs/Project Management
• Manufacturing (desirable)
• Experience delivering full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations and supply chain.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Germany when required.

Technical Skills:

Experience with one or more of the following is advantageous:
