The role requires 5+ years in ERP finance, deep finance domain knowledge, and strong German language skills (C1+). Hybrid work with mandatory Ottobrunn office days ensures close client collaboration and project

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of ERP finance consulting or project execution experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in corporate finance and accounting (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).
• Experience in data conversion, system interfaces, and end-to-end testing.
• German language proficiency at C1+ with strong written and oral skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct full lifecycle ERP finance implementations and optimization projects for medium-sized clients.
• Assess client accounting processes, capture requirements, and design optimized workflows.
• Draft functional specifications with clients and dev teams.
• Configure financial modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Manage data migration tasks, interface design, testing, and QA.
• Lead workshops, deliver user training, and support go-live and stabilization.
• Support presales with effort estimations and project scoping for finance solutions.

Location: Ottobrunn, Germany (Full remote option within Germany; mandatory 2 days per month in Ottobrunn office)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary Range: €50,000 – €85,000 gross annual (plus bonus opportunity)

Travel: Approximately 30% across the DACH territory (Company vehicle provided)

About the Role

We are a dedicated digital consultancy and IT solution provider specializing in modern enterprise technology for mid-sized organizations. We help companies modernize and streamline operations by designing, customizing, and optimizing ERP and business intelligence systems.

We are seeking a talented (Senior) ERP Finance Consultant / Project Manager (m/f/d) to manage full-scope finance system rollouts. In this role, you will connect client business processes with technical system design, steering clients through architecture planning, data migration, go-live, and ongoing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct full lifecycle ERP finance implementations and optimization projects for medium-sized clients.
• Process Analysis & Design: Evaluate client accounting processes, capture functional requirements, and design optimized target workflows.
• Solution Architecture: Draft functional specifications in close collaboration with clients and technical development teams.
• ERP Configuration: Configure financial modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, etc.) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Data Integration & Testing: Manage data migration tasks, interface design, end-to-end testing, and quality assurance.
• Workshops & Training: Host client workshops, deliver user training sessions, supply go-live assistance, and maintain post-implementation stability.
• Presales & Solutions: Support presales activities through effort estimations, proposal creation, project scoping, and finance solution enhancements.

Key Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in ERP finance consulting or project execution using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in corporate finance and accounting (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).
• Technical Integration: Direct experience managing data conversion, system interfaces, and system-wide testing.
• Language Skills: German (at least C1+ proficiency required) with strong written and oral capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Organized project leadership, client-centered focus, strong empathy, and proactive problem-solving ability.
• Mobility: Willingness to undertake DACH travel (approx. 30%) and attend 2 required office days per month in Ottobrunn.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to controlling processes, Power BI reporting, or alternate ERP applications.
• Prior participation in developing or refining standardized financial software modules.
