Ignite is recruiting a (Senior) ERP Finance Consultant / Project Manager to lead full-scope finance system rollouts for mid-sized clients. You will align client business processes with Dynamics NAV/Business Central, guiding architecture planning, data migration, go-live, and ongoing process optimization.

The role offers hybrid work with a full-remote option within Germany and requires two mandatory monthly days in Ottobrunn, plus travel ~30% across the DACH region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP finance consulting or project execution with NAV/BC.
• Deep domain knowledge in corporate finance and accounting (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).
• German language with C1+ proficiency; strong written and oral communication.

Responsabilités

• Direct full lifecycle ERP finance implementations and optimization projects.
• Evaluate client accounting processes, capture functional requirements, design target workflows.
• Draft functional specifications with clients and development teams.
• Configure financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting) in Dynamics 365 BC/NAV.
• Manage data migration tasks, interface design, end-to-end testing, quality assurance.
• Host client workshops, provide user training, support go-live and post-implementation stability.
• Support presales activities through effort estimations, proposals, project scoping.

We are seeking a talented (Senior) ERP Finance Consultant / Project Manager (m/f/d) to manage full‑scope finance system rollouts. In this role, you will connect client business processes with technical system design, steering clients through architecture planning, data migration, go‑live, and ongoing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct full lifecycle ERP finance implementations and optimization projects for medium‑sized clients.
• Process Analysis & Design: Evaluate client accounting processes, capture functional requirements, and design optimized target workflows.
• Solution Architecture: Draft functional specifications in close collaboration with clients and technical development teams.
• ERP Configuration: Configure financial modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, etc.) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Data Integration & Testing: Manage data migration tasks, interface design, end‑to‑end testing, and quality assurance.
• Workshops & Training: Host client workshops, deliver user training sessions, supply go‑live assistance, and maintain post‑implementation stability.
• Presales & Solutions: Support presales activities through effort estimations, proposal creation, project scoping, and finance solution enhancements.

Key Requirements

Must‑Haves

• Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in ERP finance consulting or project execution using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in corporate finance and accounting (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).
• Technical Integration: Direct experience managing data conversion, system interfaces, and system‑wide testing.
• Language Skills: German (at least C1+ proficiency required) with strong written and oral capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Organized project leadership, client‑centered focus, strong emotional intelligence, and proactive problem‑solving ability.
• Mobility: Willingness to undertake DACH travel (approx. 30%) and attend 2 required office days per month in Ottobrunn.

• Exposure to controlling processes, Power BI reporting, or alternate ERP applications.
