Ignite is seeking a (Senior) ERP Finance Consultant / Project Manager to lead end-to-end financial system projects from Ottobrunn, with hybrid options and strong emphasis on aligning financial workflows with technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active experience in ERP finance consulting or project leadership focused on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Deep understanding of corporate financial management and accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Cost Accounting).
• Solid hands-on knowledge in data migration workflows, interface architecture, and full-scale testing.
• German (C1+ proficiency) with excellent verbal and written expression.
• Mobility to travel 30% within the DACH region and attend 2 monthly office days in Ottobrunn.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle ERP finance implementations and upgrades for medium-sized enterprise clients.
• Capture client requirements, map financial processes, and design target models.
• Translate requirements into detailed system blueprints with client teams and developers.
• Build and configure core financial components (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing) inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
