Ignite Munich is hiring a client-focused Operations/Account Associate to join a tight two-person team on-site. You will act as the operational anchor across Sales, Compliance, and Operations, helping ensure accurate trade execution and high client satisfaction.

As the primary contact for dealers and clients, you will onboard and train users on digital tools, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and escalations in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• German language proficiency: C2, English C1, both written and spoken.
• 1+ years in customer support, account management, or client-facing ops.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• On-site work at Munich office location required.

As part of a focused, two-person team in Munich, you will serve as a vital operational anchor across Sales, Compliance, and Operations. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, broad cross-functional ownership, and a direct impact on client satisfaction and trade execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for dealers and clients, providing high-touch service to build long-term retention.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to process trades cleanly and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Platform Enablement: Onboard and train clients on digital tools and self-service features to increase adoption and operational efficiency.
• Trade Operations & Collections: Track open trades requiring wire instructions, manage timely collection of open receivables, and elevate non-settlement risks to leadership.
• CRM & Administrative Hygiene: Maintain clean data, audit trails, and client records within Salesforce.
• Compliance & Issue Resolution: Handle day-to-day escalations independently while navigating regulatory inquiries (GDPR, CASS) alongside banking partners.

Requirements

• Must-Haves:
  • Language Proficiency: C2 Fluent German and C1 fluent English (both written and spoken).
  • Relevant Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or client-facing operations.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong MS Office capabilities, with high proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • On-Site Commitment: Fully dedicated to working on-site at our Munich office location.
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Prior experience within banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms.
