German-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderator Work & Travel Experience in Malta

Your Role

As a Customer Support Agent, 70% of your work involves professionally responding to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).

As a Content Moderator, 30% of your work involves reviewing content across various marketplaces and apps, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country‑specific laws. By doing so, you contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proficiency in German (spoken and written).
  • Good communication skills in English (minimum B2).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Comfortable with technology and online platforms.
  • Flexible and motivated to learn. No prior experience required; full training is provided.
Salary & Contract
  • Basic Salary: €1650 gross per month (€1400 net).
  • Quarterly government support: €130.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €200 twice per year (after 6 months in February and August).
  • Contract Type: Permanent (indefinite).
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts, 5 days per week with 2 days off.
