FH Collective Academy is seeking a Logistics & Delivery Advisor to assist customers with shipment inquiries in German and to ensure an outstanding service experience. You will join an international team and participate in a hybrid work model, traveling or relocating as needed for relocation support.

The role emphasizes German fluency, strong English communication, and proactive problem solving in a globally distributed environment. Relocation assistance and on-site training are provided.

Qualifications

• German: native or fluent
• Good command of English
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model (1 week per month from Sofia office)

Your Role

As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor, you'll help customers with shipment and delivery-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers in German
• Handling delivery and logistics inquiriesSolving shipment-related issues
• Providing accurate information and effective solutions
• Working closely with an international team
