Cross Border Talents is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a hybrid role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and support customers on billing and product topics while working with a multicultural team.

Requirements include German at C1/C2, English at B2, strong communication, customer focus, and basic computer skills. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required; valid work authorization in Bulgaria is a must.

Qualifications
