Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a multilingual team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and guiding customers through products, services, and billing while maintaining high satisfaction.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
