Deliver quick kind and high-quality support while meeting KPIs

What we're looking for

Fluent German (B2) & English (B2) written and spoken

Already in Czech Republic (or ready to relocate )

Good computer skills and a fast stable wired internet connection (16 / 10 Mbps)

Optimistic stress-resilient service-oriented personality

Ability to work rotating shifts including nights

Available to work on-site during the initial training period
