Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative in Barcelona to identify and close new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and tailor digital advertising solutions to client needs.

The role requires German fluency (C1+), strong English, a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 6–12 months in digital advertising or sales. A relocation package and training support are provided.

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
