Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our Barcelona team. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and tailor digital solutions to help them achieve goals.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage the full sales cycle, develop client relationships, and deliver results. The position includes a relocation package and formal training in Google Ads and sales methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English communication.

• Experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales or account management (6–12 months preferred).

Your Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Experience in outbound or cold sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
