Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and implement the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a variety of advertisers and deliver optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team expanding the Client customer base across EMEA. You will join the largest team creating unique customer experiences while actively impacting the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

  1. Implement creative strategies to enhance our client companies and agency relationships by sharing performance suggestions and promoting other Google products.
  2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies achieve the best ROI on their advertising investments by working closely with them in a consultative capacity.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while delivering excellent customer service.
  4. Communicate proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in German at C2 level.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow.

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract.

Salary: starting from €30,000 gross per year + up to €3,500 gross per year in bonuses, with potential for overachievement.

Work Model: Hybrid in Barcelona.
