Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Digital Marketing Client Success Manager to join our Barcelona team with relocation. You will collaborate with German-speaking clients to optimize online advertising strategies and drive measurable business results.

In this role, you will advise on digital campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure strong client satisfaction while helping expand the client portfolio across the EMEA region. Relocation, training, and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) with strong English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.

• Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
