Join a dynamic international team in Barcelona as a German Digital Marketing Client Success Manager, where you'll work closely with German-speaking clients to optimize their online advertising strategies and drive measurable business results.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their digital advertising investments while contributing to revenue growth and expanding the client portfolio across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and overall results.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication.
• Identify growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their advertising goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.
• Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
