The Park Surgery in Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Practice Nurse to join our forward-thinking team. You will support chronic disease management, women's health including smears and contraception, health promotion, and other duties in a busy practice with emphasis on infection control and stock management.

This role also involves supporting education and quality improvement initiatives and delivering patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a practice nurse in a busy GP setting.
• Experience with chronic disease management.
• Competent in infection control and stock management.

The Park Surgery, are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Practice Nurse to join our friendly, forward-thinking practice in the south side of Glasgow. We are an established GP practice with a strong ethos of education, innovation and quality improvement.

Currently use Emis Clinical system due to be replaced by Vision by early spring next year.

Patient Demographics:

• List size approximately 1900 patients
• Diverse care needs with a high volume of chronic disease

Skills and experience:

We are looking for a confident and friendly practice nurse with experience in Chronic Disease Management, Women’s Health including Smears and Contraception, Health promotion and lifestyle advice and other duties associated with a Practice Nurse in a busy practice such as stock control, emergency bag management and infection control.

We are looking for cover for 1 day per week. Salary competitive dependent on experience.
