Overview

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager, EMEA holds full strategic and operational responsibility for the region, including P&L management, organizational leadership, and commercial strategy execution. This individual will be responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunity in the region through market development, operational efficiency, and sustained revenue and margin growth. The General Manager will lead all commercial functions within the EMEA business, with a particular focus on sales, marketing, and customer partnerships, while fostering collaboration with central finance, supply chain, and product teams located in OCEANA.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Hold overall P&L accountability for the region €30m driving top-line growth through operational excellence and strategic market expansion.
  • Commercial Leadership: Identify and implement innovative business development opportunities aligned to brand values and strategy.
  • Commercial Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to enhance market presence and share.
  • Commercial Leadership: Take a proactive, entrepreneurial approach in managing major accounts and driving business growth in a competitive environment.

Travel
