The company is now seeking a General Manager to oversee its Frankfurt office. This leadership position combines strategic, operational, and technical management responsibilities — ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects while driving business growth and maintaining excellence in quality, performance, and client satisfaction.

Day-to-day duties
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Frankfurt office in alignment with global objectives.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability.
  • Drive business development and strengthen client relationships.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Guide and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Implement process improvements and operational efficiency measures.
  • Represent the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements for the role
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience within the German construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of local business regulations, labour law, and engineering practices.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and project profitability.
