Capgemini is seeking a Senior GenAI Solution Architect to anchor GenAI across the company, lead technical teams, and shape scalable, production-ready AI solutions on hyperscaler platforms. You will drive strategic initiatives, guide clients, and own architectural direction for national and international projects.

The role requires leadership experience, strong German & English communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
• Proven leadership in technical teams and strong stakeholder management.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, and related frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1) and willingness to travel.
