We are seeking a talented and driven Generative AI Engineer (m/f/d) to join our growing AI team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative models that power intelligent applications across our business. You’ll work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to bring innovative AI solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, GANs) for real-world applications.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models using proprietary datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI into products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI.
• Ensure model safety, fairness, and compliance with ethical AI standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with generative models such as GPT, BERT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
