TikTok LIVE is seeking a dynamic Creator Manager for the DACH region in Germany. You will recruit and nurture livestreamers, support their growth, and help them monetize through TikTok LIVE.

You will build relationships with gaming creators and agencies, guiding them with data-driven strategies to maximize performance. The role requires strong German language skills, English proficiency, and a passion for gaming ecosystems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Creator Management, Talent Management, Gaming, Digital Entertainment, or a related field.
• Proficiency in German with professional English proficiency both written and spoken in order to collaborate with German agencies.
• Passionate gamer with a strong understanding of the German gaming ecosystem, livestreaming, and gaming communities.
• Experience managing creators or influencers and driving creator growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimise creator performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
