Your role:

As a Producer, you’ll lead passionate cross‑functional teams in creating innovative content and incredible experiences. By inspiring teams to collaborate, you’ll drive development, smash obstacles and bring projects across the finish‑line into players’ hands. You’ll meet and exceed expectations by helping deliver, enhance, and influence creative projects at every stage of production.

• Work primarily in Munich; remote applications are accepted if you can demonstrate feasibility.
• Own and plan one or multiple game projects.
• Own and drive project vision, serving as the product knowledge base for the entire team.
• Embrace project constraints and aim for the best outcome within them.
• Build milestone roadmaps, identify critical path issues, and remove roadblocks that may threaten development progress.
• Manage budget and cash flow of your production.
• Manage internal and external communication and maintain high visibility among multiple contributing teams and studios.
• Think and act proactively, positively, critically, and constructively to sustain an empowering environment.
• Work closely with Project Management that owns the team side of production.
• Drive production factors that ensure smooth execution by the team.
• Manage all stakeholders and mitigate expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in production.
