SOFTGAMES is seeking an experienced Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter to support our People team with active candidate sourcing and direct outreach. This is a freelance role, not in-house employment, focused on identifying and engaging top talent in the gaming industry, ideally with casual games experience.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours aligned to European time zones. Qualified candidates will be expected to complete a skills assessment as part of the selection process.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong sourcing focus.
• Background in the gaming industry, preferably casual games.
• Demonstrated success in direct outreach and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with creative/tech gaming profiles.
• Comfortable working freelance and independently, with team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portfolios, communities and other channels.
• Conduct direct outreach and first-touch candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with People team to understand role requirements and target profiles.

• Provide feedback on talent market insights and sourcing effectiveness.

SOFTGAMES is looking for an experienced Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter to support our People team with active candidate sourcing and direct outreach. Your Role

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, and other relevant channels
• Conduct direct outreach and first-touch candidate engagement
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong sourcing focus
• Solid background in the gaming industry particularly in casual games
• Demonstrated success in direct outreach and passive candidate engagement
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with creative / tech gaming profiles
• Comfortable working independently in a freelance setup , while collaborating closely with an internal team
• Clear, professional, and respectful communication style
