ALTEN Germany is seeking a dedicated Aerospace Test Engineer to join our growing team in Friedrichshafen. You will prepare and execute tests for electrical, mechanical and RF subsystems in an AIT environment, set up EGSE, and monitor hardware during test campaigns.

You will develop test procedures, analyze results, document activities to standards, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical and system engineers.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in aerospace/elec/mechatronics or related field
• Experience in testing: test execution, setups, validation in aerospace
• Experience in an AIT/EGSE environment
• Able to work both hands-on and digitally (documentation, test procedure writing)
• Basic programming or scripting skills
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented testing mindset
• Strong English communication; German a plus

• have relevant experience in an AIT / EGSE environment
• are comfortable working both hands‑on and digitally (documentation, test procedure writing)
• have basic programming or scripting skills
• have a structured, analytical and detail‑oriented testing mindset
• have strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
