ARC Intelligence GmbH is building an AI-native Finance OS for modern mid-market corporations, combining financial data, workflows, and AI to automate processes and improve decision making. The Fullstack Engineer will collaborate with backend, data, AI, product, and design teams to enhance features across the platform.

We value strong Python and TypeScript/React skills and experience with Next.js, REST APIs, Docker, and cloud-native development.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Python backend development with frameworks such as Django REST or FastAPI.
• Strong TypeScript/React experience, ideally Next.js and API-driven frontend development.
• Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend communication.
• Comfortable with SQL and relational databases for data-driven features.
• Experience using Git in a multi-person engineering team.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code while maintaining code quality.

ARC Intelligence is building the AI native Finance OS for modern mid market corporations.

We help finance teams manage planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and performance management across complex corporate structures through a single intelligent platform. Aufgaben

As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work closely with backend, data, AI, product, and design teams to build and improve features across our platform.

You will:

• Build Fullstack Features: Implement user-facing features using modern frameworks and connect them to backend APIs.
• Backend Development: Contribute to Python-based backend services (Django REST or FastAPI), including API endpoints and business logic.
• Frontend Development: Work on responsive, clean UI components and dashboards that surface complex financial data in an intuitive way.
• Data & API Integration: Help integrate third-party systems and product data flows into our application.
• AI Product Features: Help build adaptive systems and integrate AI-powered features into real product workflows.
• Testing & Code Quality: Write unit and integration tests, fix bugs, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into working software.
• Turn Ideas into Code: Help move product spikes, prototypes, and technical ideas into production-ready features.

Qualifikation

This role is a good fit for strong early-career engineers as well as fullstack engineers with a few years of experience who are ready to take ownership in a fast-moving product team.

Technical Foundations

• Strong capabilities with Python backend development, ideally with frameworks such as Django REST Framework or FastAPI.
• Strong TypeScript / React experience, ideally with Next.js and API-driven frontend development.
• Understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend systems communicate.
• Comfortable working with SQL, relational databases, and data-driven product features.

Engineering Practices

• Experience using Git in a multi-person engineering team.
• Obsession with writing clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• Comfortable working in an AI-assisted development setup, using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar coding agents while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality.

Mindset & Soft Skills

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and taking ownership of your work.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience building adaptive systems or integrating AI features into a product.
• Exposure to production AI systems, including agent workflows, streaming responses, evaluations, or observability tools such as Langfuse.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and tools like Docker.
• Experience working in a modern monorepo setup or with CI/CD workflows.
• Interest in finance and B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with basic frontend design principles or UX thinking.
