EGYM in Berlin seeks a Fullstack Engineer (m/f/d) to contribute across the product life cycle, blending backend and frontend strengths to deliver customer-facing features. You will participate in end-to-end development, drive feature delivery and improve testability.

You will work on microservices, write clean code, and expand the frontend stack with Typescript, React and Ionic. The role involves Docker, Kubernetes and cloud services, with a strong emphasis on ownership and team collaboration.

• Language Flexibility: open to Golang and Java as we work with both.
• Adaptability: comfortable in a fast-paced environment and revising assumptions.
• Professional Experience: 4+ years as a software engineer with clean, effective code.
• Cloud Expertise: strong understanding of cloud applications and event-driven architectures.
• Frontend Experience: some frontend work with Typescript, React, and Ionic is a plus.
• Technology Exposure: familiarity with Java, Spring, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, GCP and related tools.

• As a Fullstack Engineer (m/f/d) - Berlin for our online services you are involved in all parts of the product life cycle: enjoy working on end-to-end product development, bringing in your backend experience and helping to improve our frontend applications

• Language Flexibility: You should be open to writing code in Golang and Java as we work with both languages
• Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and constantly revising assumptions in response to new information
• Professional Experience: You are a professional Software Engineer (m/f/d) with at least 4 years of experience, who can write clean and effective code
• Cloud Expertise: You understand the requirements of cloud applications and have a deep understanding of Event-Driven Architectures, Docker and Kubernetes
• Frontend Experience: You have some frontend development experience (Typescript, React and Ionic is a plus)
• Technology Exposure: You will work with many tools and technologies, although we do not require you to be familiar with all of them: Java, Spring, Go, Event-Driven Architecture (e.g. Google PubSub), Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, GCP, etc
