Affinity Home Health Care Inc is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel nursing assignments in and around Berlin. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care across all phases, from prevention to follow-up, within interdisciplinary teams.

You will assess patients, educate families, perform triage, and coordinate nursing interventions while adhering to professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience and 6 months travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work in locations at least 60 miles from residence.
• Maintain necessary competencies and certifications.

Join our team as an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases—from preventive care and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work in locations at least 60 miles from current residence.
• Maintaining necessary competencies and certifications.
